TRC's client, located in Ellabell has a direct hire opportunity for a Senior Compensation Specialist
This opportunity is with a newly created entity within an Automotive industry world leader. They are offering great benefits and strong long-term growth potential.
The Senior Compensation Specialist will assist in building out the banded salary structure, developing comp policies/processes, supporting succession planning, benchmarking, reporting, etc.
- Assist in developing Compensation policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Assist in HR Reporting including attrition, staff demographics, budget report, and forecasting etc.
- Assist with the annual staffing budget (headcount) for all departments.
- Support the succession planning and promotion processes.
- Provide analytical support in salary benchmarking and pay structure review to determine company’s competitive position.
- Administer compensation programs, including organizational design, market benchmarking, salary structure, and developing salary budgets, to analyze and improve the internal equity and competitive market position.
- Support human resources projects and programs.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Qualifications & Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3+ years of job-related experience
- Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
